摘    要:采用湿法消解,用原子吸收分光光度计测定EDTA活化土壤中Cd的迁移。结果表明:EDTA不但能活化土壤Cd,而且能显著提高印度芥菜对Cd的富集量,使被活化的土壤Cd向印度芥菜根系密集层迁移。随着印度芥菜植株密度的增加,被活化的土壤Cd随水向下迁移的深度越浅。在印度芥菜修复Cd污染土壤过程中,选择适宜的种植密度,可有效控制被活化土壤Cd的纵向迁移,残余的活化土壤Cd被根系富集在土壤表层,不会导致地下水污染。

Abstract:Having adopted HND3-HCl-HClO4 to treat with the samples of the plant and EDTA soil,and measured the migration of Cd in the soil,the results of the experiment indicate that EDTA is able not only to activate Cd in the soil but also to increase Cd accumulation in the shoots and the roots of Brassica juncea significantly.The activated Cd can be concentrated into the surface layer soil by dense roots of Brassica juncea.The activated Cd downwards migration in the soil is of more shallow depth with increasing cult...
