| 摘 要： | 针对日本国内大米生产、加工、销售现状,提出在全球粮食供给日趋紧缺的情况下,日本国内大米在生产、加工、流通、消费方面的发展动向。并从体系化、商品附加值、副产品有效利用、食用外多用途利用等方面指出今后日本在大米生产加工上的课题研究方向。

| Abstract: | Based on the current status of rice production,processing and consumption in Japan,the development orienta-tion of rice production,processing,circulation and consumption is pointed out in the situation of worldwide grain supply shortage.The future research direction of rice development and processing in Japan is discussed in the aspects of sys-tematization,commodity additional value,by-product utilization and multiple usage of rice. |
