香稻"A04"香味的遗传研究

摘    要:用香稻材料“A04”与不同的非香稻材料杂交,采用氢氧化钾测定法鉴定杂交组合双亲、F1、F2和B1F1稻株叶片的香味,统计各组合杂种后代有香味与无香味的分离比率。结果表明:香稻材料“A04”的香味是由一对隐性基因控制的性状。本文还对香味基因在水稻育种上的利用进行了探讨。

Abstract:Using the fragrant rice A04 crossed with non- fragrant rice, then identified the fragrance of rice leaves of P 1, P 2, F 1, F 2, B 1F 1 with KOH mensuration , and counted out the separate ratio of fragrant to non- fragrant in F 2, B 1F 1, the results showed that fragrant was mainly controlled by a couple of recessive genes. It was also discussed about how to utilize this character in rice breeding.
