| 摘 要： | 新闻传播的功能论述较多，尚未有人系统的论述农村新闻传播功能，以致影响了农村新闻资源开发的力度和广度。文章从组织和社会两个层面系统的论述了农村新闻传播的功能。组织层面的功能包括信息传播功能、解释疏导功能、指导功能、扶贫功能；在社会层面农村新闻传播具有农村舆论的调控器、农民观念的“更新”器、农村政治发展的推动器、农村经济的促进器、农村文化的转型器的功效。

| Abstract: | The communication function of Rural Journalism has so little discussed, although more of general Journalism, which hold back the development of rural news resources. The paper discusses the communication functions of Rural Journalism from both organization aspects and society aspects. Including: information communication, explaining and dredges, guiding, anti-poverty and its influences on regulation and control with rural public opinion, the idea "upgrade" of peasant, the push of rural politics development, the promotion of rural economics, the transition of rural culture etc. |
