| Abstract: | In order to expedite the environment construction on the loess plateau, it need to adhere to taking soil and water conservation as the core, to select and collocate the environment construction measures according to the special distribution laws of natural geographical environment, and the oneness of economic and ecologic benefit in the process of environment construction. In addition, it is the essential assurance of environment construction that to have the supports of proper and sustained policy and technology. |
