| 摘 要： | 尖果沙枣和银水牛果主要以种子繁殖为主,但由于种子繁殖基因变异性和性状不稳定的特点,我们进行了嫩枝扦插的试验.结果表明:尖果沙枣和银水牛果嫩枝扦插效果较好,成活率可达到69%和71%.但随着研究的进一步深入,成活率尚有提升的空间.

| Abstract: | Elaeagnus oxycarpa Schlecht.and Shepherdia argentea Nutt.propagate with seeds mainly.Because of the variability of gene and unstability of character for seed propagation,the test on cuttage with epicormic branch have been done.The results show the effect of cuttage with epicormic branch are good,with the survival rate reaching at 69% and 71%.With the research going on,the survival rate can be raised. |
