全自动荧光酶联免疫方法检测食品中沙门氏菌

摘    要:应用全自动荧光酶联免疫(VIDAS)方法和GB/T4789.4-2003对沙门氏菌进行检测,对其灵敏性和特异性进行比较。当样品中细菌含量只有3CFU/25g时,VIDAS方法的检出率达到90%,其中活菌的检测限为4CFU/25g;且用该方法检测沙门氏菌属和非沙门氏菌属标准株的特异性为100%,无假阳性和假阴性出现。结果表明,该方法具有简单、快速、特异性好和敏感性高等特点,并可满足大批样品沙门氏菌筛选检测的要求,适用于食品卫生监管、商品检验检疫以及临床诊断等领域。

Detection of Salmonella in Food Samples by VIDAS Method

Abstract:VIDAS method and GB/T 4789.4-2003 were applied to detect Salmonella in food, and the sensitivity and specificity were compared. When the content of salmonella was 3 CFU/25 g, the detection rate by using VIDAS method was 90% and the detection limit was 4 CFU/25 g. The specificity of detecting Salmonella andother standard strains by using VIDAS was 100% without any false negative or positive reaction. The results of the experiments demonstrated that VIDAS was simple and rapid, with good sensitivity and specificity for the detection of Salmonella in the food samples, and available for screening of Salmonella in a large number of food samples. Therefore, it will be used to detect Salmonella for those areas food sanitation supervision, commodity inspection and detection, clinical diagnosis, etc.
