海藻酸钠涂膜对苹果生理变化的影响

摘    要:研究了海藻酸钠涂膜对金冠苹果果肉硬度、呼吸强度、乙烯释放与膜脂过氧化的影响。结果表明:海藻酸钠涂膜可保持果肉硬度,降低果实呼吸强度和乙稀释放速率,减弱膜脂过氧化作用,保持细胞膜的完整性,从而延缓果实衰老。

Abstract:The influence of coating with sodium alginate on some physiological indices in Golden Delicious apple was studied. The results showed that coating with sodium alginate could hold higher fresh hardness than control. Coating not only decreased respiration rate and ethylene evolution of apple, but also inhibited membrane lipid peroxidation and maintained membrane integrity of apple, as a result delaying senescence of apple.
