摘    要:基于雷诺时均方程和κ-ω双方程湍流模型,应用Fluent软件对自行设计制造的自吸旋涡泵内部流场进行数值模拟.压力与速度耦合求解采用SIMPLEC算法.在模型泵外特性试验和五孔管柬形探针对泵体流道静压场测量的基础上,通过对比分析数值模拟和试验结果,解释了旋涡泵汽蚀及纵向、径向旋涡产生原因,得出了旋涡泵内部总压、静压和速度分布及变化规律,并给出了旋涡泵泵体流道内部压力随流量增加而减小,且沿圆周流道静压呈非线性递增的变化趋势.得到了旋涡泵压力及速度变化规律.为以后自吸旋涡泵的优化设计及应用提供参考.

Abstract:Based on the Reynolds Averaged Navier-Stokes Equations (RANS) and κ-ω two-equation turbulence model, the interior flow field in a self-built self-priming vortex pump has been numerically simulated by using FLUENT software. The pressure-velocity fields are coupled and solved by the SIM- PLEC algorithm. From the analyses and comparison between the numerical results and the measurement data, characteristics from the five-hole probe static pressure pump experiment are obtained. Explanations are given for the occurrence of cavitations and vortexes in longitudinal and radial directions in the vortex pump. The total pressure and velocity distribution in the self-priming vortex pump are obtained, and the relationship between pressure, flux and the pressure changing trend along the pump circumference are deduced as well. The characteristic of pressure non-linear increase along the pump circumference is useful for the optimum design of the self-priming vortex pump.
