Abstract:The acute toxicity of phenanthrene,pyrene,and nonylphenol to Neomysis awatschens were determinded by changing water testing method and the half lethal concentration(LC50) of the three refractory organics was acquired.Experimental results: the half lethal concentration(LC50) of phenanthrene at 24 h、48 h、72 h and 96 h were 530 μg/L、310 μg/L、166 μg/L and 126 μg/L;the half lethal concentration(LC50) of pyrene at 24 h、48 h、72 h and 96 h were 611.210 μg/L、193.733 μg/L、121.215 μg/L;the half lethal concentration(LC50) of nonylphenol on Neomysis awatschens at 24 h、48 h、72 h and 96 h were 611.210 μg/L、193.733 μg/L、121.215 μg/L and 66.534 μg/L;the toxicity sequence of the three refractory organics was pyrene nonylphenolphenanthrene.
