汽车钢板弹簧悬架的有限元分析与试验研究

摘    要:利用万能试验机和专用夹具对某汽车钢板弹簧悬架进行了变形试验,同时基于非线性有限元理论对该悬架进行了有限元分析,计算结果与试验结果完全吻合,证明了有限元模型的有效性。本文建立的有限元模型可以应用于钢板弹簧悬架的设计计算和参数优化。

Abstract:Leaf spring suspension plays a very important role in motor vehicles. By use of a universal testing machine and special clamps, the deformation of a certain leaf spring suspension was studied. And based on the nonlinear finite element theory, its finite element model was built. The coincidence of experimental results and FEA results proves and validates the computation model. The model can be widely applied in leaf spring suspension design and optimization.
