电控发动机ECU抗干扰技术研究

摘    要:电控发动机控制系统(Electronic Control Unit,ECU)工作环境恶劣,不确定干扰源较多,严重影响控制系统的可靠运行。根据发动机控制系统所处的环境,文中分析了各种不同的干扰侵入方式,提出了控制系统抗干扰设计的一般原则。研究了空间场、供电系统、过程通道及软件的抗干扰技术,设计了软硬件配合使用的看门狗抗干扰电路,使发动机控制系统的可靠性和稳定性得到较大提高。

Abstract:The working environment of electronic control unit (ECU) is quite poor, and more uncertain facts exist, which seriously affect the normal function of control system for electronically controlled engines. Based on the condition of control system, several disturbance modes are analyzed. A lot of design principles are put forward. Using the restrain technology, we discuss the anti-disturbance techniques of space field, supply power system, process channel and software. One anti-disturbance watch dog circuit is designed, which improves the reliability and stability of control system.
