摘    要:目的]将颗粒活性炭应用于吸附处理含4-氯酚废水。方法]研究颗粒活性炭对模拟废水中4-氯酚的吸附过程。结果]在30℃,摇床转速为150r/min时,颗粒活性炭对4-氯酚静态吸附6h可达吸附平衡;采用Langemuir和Freundlich吸附等温式对试验数据进行线性拟合,4-氯酚在颗粒活性炭上的吸附行为符合Freundlich等温式。测定了30℃时4-氯酚通过颗粒活性炭固定床的穿透曲线,穿透时颗粒活性炭的吸附容量为37.8mg/g,为同条件下静态吸附容量的0.5018。结论]颗粒活性炭对模拟废水中的4-氯酚具有良好的吸附作用。

Study on Adsorption of the Granular Activated Carbon on Simulated Wastewater with 4-chlorophenol

Abstract: Objective ] The aim of the study was to use GAC ( Granular activated carbon) for adsorption treatment of wastewate containing 4- chlorophenol. Method ] The adsorption process of 4-chlorophenol in simulated wastewater by GAC was studied. Result ] Under 30℃ and the 150r/min of shaker speed, the time of the granular activated carbon on 4-chlorophenol adsorption equilibrium was 6 hours. The experimental data was regressed by langemuir and freundlich isotherm models . The adsorption behavior of granular activated carbon on 4-chlorophenol conformed to freundlich isotherm equation. The breakthrough curve of 4-chlorophenol through granular activated carbon fixed bed was measured at 30 ℃. The results showed that the granular activated carbon adsorption capacity at the penetration point was 37.8 mg/g carbon, only 0. 501 8 of the static adsorption capacity at the same conditions. Conclusion ] The GAC had very good performance in absorption of simulated wastewater with 4-chlorophenol.
