| 摘 要： | 在多味核桃生产过程中，烘烤温度和通风量是影响产品质量的主要因素，为了解决烘烤温度和通风量的自动监测和控制问题，研制并采有了单片机自动控制系统，从而实现了多味核桃生产烘烤过程中温度，风量的自动控制，文中简单介绍了这一测控系统的功能和软，硬件的设计。
