网络环境下图书馆信息服务体系的研究

传统图书馆是以藏书为物质基础,从而使其服务范围及组织结构都受传统文献及其处理过程的影响。信息技术的发展,特别是局域网与互联网在图书馆中的普遍运用,使传统图书馆在时空、地域、工具等方面的局限性受到冲击,从而使图书馆成为一个充分利用各种信息资源、服务功能和系统形成的活动机制。网络环境下图书馆信息服务体系正是在计算机技术支持下进行的文献采编、流通管理、数据统计、公共查询、参考咨询、信息资源开发等服务功能的网络化管理。

The research of the library information service system in the network environment

The traditional library takes collecting books as its material.Thus both its service scope and structure are affected by the traditional literature and its disposal process.With the development of the information technique,especially the wide use of the local area network and internets in the library influences the traditional library in space,time,region,tool,etc.,thus making the library become an active mechanism which fully utilizes various information resources,the service function and the system formation.The library information service system in the network environment is the network management by computer used for literature collection,circulation management,data statistics,public query,consultation,the information resources development,etc.
