攀西地区生态环境问题及其对策研究

攀西地区位于四川省西南部的攀西大裂谷,地处干热河谷区,因此生态极其脆弱,再加上人为对环境的破坏,该区域面临着水土流失,自然灾害加剧,工矿业污染,资源利用不合理等诸多生态环境问题,因此,恢复重建生态系统是攀西地区区域发展过程中的一项重要任务。在原来已取得的建设成就上,应该着力从提高森林覆盖率,保持水土,防治工业污染和充分合理利用资源等方面入手开展生态环境重建工程。

Study on Eco-environmental Problems and Its Countermeasures in Pan-xi Region

Pan-xi region is located in the great rift valley of southwest Sichuan province,the ecosystem is extremely weak because it lies in hot valley region and is destroyed by human,this region is facing some eco-environmental problems,including soil erosion,serious natural calamity,the pollution of industry and mining,the irrational utilization of resource and so on,therefore,the restoration and reconstruction of ecological system is an important task in the regional development of Pan-xi region.On the basis of previous achievements,the reconstruction project of ecology environment should be executed from several aspects,such as increasing forest coverage,conserving soil and water,controlling industrial pollution and utilizing resources rationally.
