欧洲乡村旅游对中国乡村旅游发展的启示

乡村旅游是近年来新兴发展起来的一种新的农业经营形态,它是将旅游和农业结合起来发展的一种新的产业。欧盟作为乡村旅游业发达地区,分析欧盟地区乡村旅游发展对我国乡村旅游发展具有重要的借鉴意义。该研究通过阐述欧盟地区乡村旅游发展进程,分析述欧盟地区乡村旅游发展特点,总结述欧盟地区乡村旅游发展经验,在此基础上,针对中国乡村旅游发展现状提出切实可行的建议。结果表明:欧盟乡村旅游发展进程可分为3个阶段,均推动了其乡村旅游发展进程;欧盟乡村旅游发展特点体现在产品本土性、基础设施完善性、政策支撑性、营销导向性;欧盟乡村旅游发展经验表现为本土性是乡村旅游发展的重要基础、旅游挖掘是乡村旅游发展的未来之道、科技利用是乡村旅游发展的关键因素、政府干预是乡村旅游发展的必要保障。对比欧盟乡村旅游发展历程,建议中国从乡村旅游资源的本土性、基础设施及科技运用方面进行探索,以期寻找一条具有中国特色的乡村旅游发展之路。

On the Development of Rural Tourism in China Based on the Experience of European Rural Tourism Development

Rural tourism is a new form of agricultural management that has been developed in recent years. It is a new industry that combines tourism and agriculture. As a developed area of rural tourism, the EU has an important reference for the development of rural tourism in the EU. This study expounded the development process of rural tourism in the EU, analyzed the development characteristics of rural tourism in the EU, summarized the experience of rural tourism development in the EU, and on this basis, put forward practical suggestions for the development of rural tourism in China. The results showed that the EU rural tourism development process could be divided into three stages, which promote the development of rural tourism;the characteristics of EU rural tourism development were reflected in product locality, infrastructure perfection, policy support, marketing orientation. Tourism development experience showed that locality was an important foundation for rural tourism development. Tourism mining was the future of rural tourism development. Science and technology utilization was a key factor in rural tourism development. Government intervention was a necessary guarantee for rural tourism development. Comparing the development history of rural tourism in the EU, it was suggested that China should explore from the locality, infrastructure and technology application of rural tourism resources to find a road of rural tourism development with Chinese characteristics.
