干旱胁迫条件下草莓抗旱品种筛选

摘    要:为了降低草莓栽培地温室内湿度,对不同草莓品种进行控水和干旱胁迫,研究轻度、中度和重度胁迫后不同草莓品种生长和产量对胁迫的响应。结果表明:不同草莓品种中‘埃尔桑塔’重度胁迫后,总叶绿素含量、净光合速率、采收期和产量降幅均最低,‘欧宝’次之。重度胁迫后,‘埃尔桑塔’总叶绿素含量、净光合速率、采收期和产量分别为14.88 mg/g、2.31μmol/m^2·s、112 d和1454.85 kg/666.7 m^2,分别较对照(CK)降低14.24%、56.58%、21.13%和28.97%;‘欧宝’为15.36 mg/g、1.12μmol/m^2·s、108 d和1401.46 kg/666.7 m^2,分别较对照(CK)降低18.12%、62.91%、21.74%和29.22%。且水分胁迫后,‘欧宝’和‘埃尔桑塔’的效益排在前两位,建议在温室栽培条件下首选‘埃尔桑塔’和‘欧宝’进行控水和降湿栽培。

Abstract:In order to decrease humidity of strawberry planting field in greenhouse,the different strawberry varieties were controlled and stressed with water,the respond of growth and yield on drought were studied after light,medium and severe drought stress.The result showed that the decreasing amplitude of chlorophyll content total,net photosynthetic rate,picking time and yield of‘Aiersangta’were the lowest in all varieties separately,‘Oubao’was second,the chlorophyll content total,net photosynthetic rate,picking time and yield of‘Aiersangta’were 14.88 mg/g,2.31μmol/m^2·s,112 d and 1454.85 kg/666.7 m^2 after severe drought,which decreased 14.24%,56.58%,21.13%and 28.97%compare to CK;the chlorophyll content total,net photosy-nthetic rate,picking time and yield of‘Oubao’were 15.36 mg/g,1.12μmol/m^2·s,108 d and 1401.46 kg/666.7 m^2,which decreased 18.12%,62.91%,21.74%and 29.22%compare to CK.The income of‘Oubao’and‘Aiersangta’was top two,which were recommended to plant in greenhouse for controlled water and decreased humidity.
