豫大一号柞蚕蛹药物解除滞育技术试验

摘    要:为探讨一化性柞蚕新品种豫大一号解除滞育的药物剂量问题,解决河南柞蚕区秋用新品种供应问题,对一化性柞蚕蛹进行β-蜕皮激素微量注射,促使其解除滞育进而羽化产卵的试验。结果表明,当药物稀释倍数为1∶17~1∶18时,羽化率均能达到94%~96%,并且死蛾率低,单蛾产卵量和蚕卵孵化率与正常制种基本一致。

Abstract:To explore the drug dosage of diapause termination for univoltine tussah new variety Yuda 1 and solve the problem of new variety supply in autumn in Henan tussah rearing area,the univoltine pupa was injectedβ-molting hormone with micro amount to prompt it to terminate diapause for eclosion and then lay eggs.Results showed that when the drugs were diluted into 1:17 to 1:18,the eclosion rate would reach 94%to 96%,and the death moth rate was low,the single moth egg laying amount and egg hatching rate were in conformity with normal egg production.
