摘    要:近年来,随着以CRISPR/Cas为代表的许多新植物基因工程改良技术的应用,种类繁多的转基因植物不断涌现,但转基因植物的安全性仍受到关注。该研究简要综述了转基因植物研究现状、转基因植物的安全性及其评价的研究进展。此外,对转基因植物的发展前景做了简要展望,以期为我国的转基因植物及其安全性的研究提供参考依据。

Abstract:In recent years,with the application of many new plant genetic engineering improvement technologies represented by CRISPR/Cas,a wide variety of transgenic plants had emerged,but the safety of transgenic plants was still of great concern.The current research status of genetically modified plants was introduced.Meanwhile,the safety assessment of genetically modified plants was summarized in this study.Moreover,the prospects for the development of genetically modified plants were briefly forecasted in the hope of providing useful reference for the research of genetically modified plants and their bio-safety in China.
