绿豆主要农艺性状的遗传参数分析

摘    要:对26份绿豆种质资源的7个农艺性状进行了遗传参数分析。结果表明,株高、节数的遗传力较高,受环境影响较小,可在早世代进行选择;单株荚数、单株粒重的变异系数大,相对遗传进度较大,直接选择效果较为理想;相关分析和通径分析的结果表明,单株荚数与单株粒重关系密切,对单株粒重的贡献最大,在选育高产绿豆新品种时应加以重视。

Abstract:Genetic parameters of seven agronomic traits were assessed in 26 mungbean germplasm. The results showed that the heritabilities of stem height and number of nods were relatively lugher and thus those traits can be selected in early generation. Number of pods and yield per plant had higher variation coefficient and genetic advance and thus direct selection can obtain the best effects. Correlation analysis and path analysis indicated that number of pods and yield per plant were closely related And it should be paid more attention in breeding of new varieties.
