| 摘 要： | 目的]对4种高寒草地植物的内生真菌多样性进行研究,并对抑菌活性菌株进行筛选。方法]采用组织分离法对玛曲草原上的线叶嵩、披碱草、异穗苔草和醉马草进行内生真菌的分离,并以棉花立枯丝核菌（R-1）、小麦根腐长孺孢（B-1）、终极腐霉（P-1）和黄瓜枯萎病菌（F-1）作为试验菌对分离的内生真菌进行了抑菌活性筛选。结果]从上述4种植物中共分离到45株不同的内生真菌菌株,其中38株对至少一种病原菌有抑制作用。其中有2株内生真菌对棉花立枯丝核菌有较强的抑制作用;13株对小麦根腐长孺孢有较强的抑制作用;对黄瓜枯萎病菌抑制作用较普遍,但不明显;仅1株对终极腐霉有较强抑制作用,其余均不明显。结论]该研究获得了具有抗菌活性的内生真菌。
