玉米DDGS替代豆粕对草鱼幼鱼生长性能、血清生化指标和免疫指标的影响

摘    要:试验旨在研究玉米DDGS替代豆粕对草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)幼鱼生长性能、血清生化指标和免疫指标的影响.选用360尾初重为( 5.52±0.09)g的草鱼苗,随机分为6个处理组,分别设为D0、D1、D2、D3、D4、D5组,每个处理组设3个重复,每个重复20尾,分别投喂用0、10%、20%、30%、40%、50%玉米DDGS替代豆粕的6种等氮饲料,饲养3周.结果表明:玉米DDGS添加量在30%以下时对草鱼生长性能没有显著影响(P>0.05);添加量在40%~50%时草鱼生长性能显著下降(P<0.05),与对照组比较各试验组血清生化指标无显著差异(P>0.05);免疫指标试验组一氧化氮、超氧化物歧化酶与对照组相比无显著差异(P>0.05);总抗氧化能力50%组显著高于0、10%和30%组(P<0.05);20%组丙二醛含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组碱性磷酸酶活性与对照组相比有显著差异(P<0.05).

Abstract:An experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary content of distillers dried grains with soluble(DDGS) on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and immunity in Ctenopharyngodon idellus.360 trail of Ctenopharyngodon idellus [(5.52±0.09) g] were randomly allocated into 6 groups,one group contained three replication.After three weeks feeding,the results showed that groups below 30% of DDGS had no significant difference on growth performance(P>0.05).Adding 40% to 50% of the amount can reduce sinificantly the growth performance.Compared with the control group,the serum biochemical index had no significant difference(P>0.05).Nitric oxide(NO) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) had no significant difference compared with those of the control group(P>0.05).Total antioxidative capacity(T-AOC) in the 50% group was sinificantly higher than those in 0,10% and 30% group(P<0.05).Malondialdehyde(MAD) in the 20% group was sinificantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).
