履带车辆传动系统的传热仿真

摘    要:分析了履带车辆传动系统的传热过程,应用集总参数法建立了传动系统的传热模型,基于一维不可压缩流动理论建立了传动润滑系统的流动模型。采用耦合分析的方法将传动系统的传热与流动作为一个整体进行研究,建立了履带车辆传动系统的综合传热仿真模型,并编制了仿真程序。对某型履带车辆传动系统的传热进行了实例仿真,仿真结果与试验值较为一致,为研究其传热性能提供了有效的依据。

Abstract:The process of heat transfer in tracked vehicle transmission was investigated. A heat transfer model based on lumped parameter method has been developed in order to study heat transfer within the tracked vehicle transmission. And a flow model was established to predict oil flow in transmission fluid system by using 1-D incompressible flow theory. The whole heat transfer simulation model was completed based on the coupling of 1-D flow model to lumped thermal method. The program was carried out, which was used to calculate the heat transfer process under different operating conditions, and simulation results were compared to the test data with good agreement. The solutions are of great value in analyzing the heat transfer for tracked vehicle transmission.
