摘    要:对不同海拔蕨麻茎尖培养芽的形成和生长进行了研究。结果表明:不同海拔的蕨麻最适宜芽分化的生长调节剂配比情况为:生长于较低海拔的是NAA 0.5 mg/L+BA 1.0 mg/L;居中的是NAA 0.5 mg/L+KT 1.0 mg/L;较高海拔的是NAA 0.5 mg/L+BA 0.5 mg/L。从芽的长势看,3种海拔蕨麻芽的的生长均较旺盛,无显著差异。

Abstract:Bud regeneration and growth vigour on stem apex culture of P.anserina from different elevation was investigated.The results showed the optimum growth regulators combination for the bud regeneration were NAA 0.5 mg/L and BA 1.0 mg/L for P.anserina from lower elevation,NAA 0.5 mg/L and BA 0.5 mg/L for it from higher elevation and NAA 0.5 mg/L and KT 1.0 mg/L for it from middling elevation.From the perspective of growth vigour,their growth were vigorous and not remarkable discrepancy.
