基于生态足迹的绵阳市可持续发展研究

结合绵阳市相关统计数据，计算2000～2009年绵阳市的生态足迹，分析在此期间生态足迹的动态变化过程，并运用万元GDP生态足迹对绵阳市经济发展能力进行分析，测度绵阳市可持续发展状况。结果表明，2000～2009年绵阳市生态足迹平均为1．192hm^2／人，生态承载力平均为0．5803hm^2／人，生态足迹是生态承载力的2．05倍；近10年生态赤字逐年上升，平均每年上升13％。对绵阳市可持续发展能力进行分析和评价，表明绵阳市经济发展模式已处于相对不可持续状态，并提出相应的解决措施。

Research of Sustainable Development in Mianyang City Based on Ecological Footprint Model

The ecological footprint of Mianyang City from 2000 to 2009 was calculated on the basis of statistical data,the dynamic change process of the ecological footprint during this period was analyzed.It also calculates the ecological footprint of 104 RMB GDP to measure the degree of city's sustainable development.The result of calculation and analysis showed that the mean ecological footprint of Mianyang City from 2000 to 2009 is 1.192 hm2 per person,and the mean local ecological carrying capacity is 0.580 3 hm2 per person.We can draw that the ecological footprint of Mianyang City is 2.05 times of the local ecological carrying capacity.At the same time,the ecological deficit of Mianyang City was going up year after year in the last ten years,the average up-pace of the ecological deficit is 13%.It analyzes and evaluates sustainable development capacity of Mianyang,the result showed that the model of economic development of Mianyang is in unsustainable development state.Finally,several corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
