| 摘 要： | 分析了我国种业科研体系的现状，论述了我国种业科研体系存在的问题：育种体制改革滞后；各级政府对农业科研经费投入太少、农业科研条件差；种业科研中人才缺乏以及农业科研管理体系和奖励政策存在的弊端。 |

| Abstract: | The current situation of Chinese scientific research system of seed industry was analyzed,and problems in seed scientific research system of our country were discussed as follows: breeding system reform was lag,the investment of all levels of government to agricultural scientific research was few,agricultural scientific research condition was poor,lack of talents for seed research,agricultural scientific research management system and reward policy had drawbacks. |
