摘 要: | [目的]从热带雨林土壤中分离纤维素酶高产菌,并对其进行鉴定。[方法]形态观察和18SrDNA序列分析。[结果]筛选到一株纤维素酶高产菌,其形态与里氏木霉很相似,18SrDNA序列与红褐内座茵同源性为99.9%。[结论]筛选到的纤维素酶产生茵为里氏木霉。

Selection and Identification of a Cellulase-producing Strain |

Abstract: | [Objective] This study aimed to identify a cellulase-producer strain which was selected from tropical rain forestry soils.[Method] Morphologic observation and sequence analysis of 18S rDNA were conducted.[Result] A cellulase-producing strain with high activity was obtained,and morphology of the strain was highly similar to that of Trichoderma reesei.Results of sequence analysis showed that the 18S rDNA sequence shared 99% homology with Hypocrea jecorina.[Conclusion] The isolated cellulase-producer strain belonged to Trichoderma reesei. |
