| 摘 要： | 宁夏中部干旱带水资源匮乏，严重制约着宁夏经济和社会的发展。通过对宁夏中部干旱带农业特色产业现状进行分析，指出了其产业发展中存在的问题。提出了大力发展农业特色产业5条路径：加强信息系统的建设和运用；加强自主创新，增强科技支撑能力；加强行业自律；充分利用现代市场经济手段进行融资和流通，突破产业发展的瓶颈；完善政策体系，加大农业价格支持力度。

| Abstract: | The scarcity of water resources in central arid areas of Ningxia restricted the development of Ningxia's economy and society seriously.Through analyzing the current situation of agricultural characteristic industry,problems in its industry development were pointed out.It pointed out 5 ways for developing agricultural characteristic industry rapidly: enhancing the construction and application of information system;strengthening self-dependent innovation,enhancing scientific support ability;enhancing independent management of the trades;making full use of modern market economy to financing and circulate,breaking through the bottleneck of industrial development;perfecting policies system and increasing supporting dynamics of agricultural price. |
