| 摘 要： | 综合分析了合肥市大房郢水库水源地的生态状况及其生态补偿主、客体之间的利害关系，对生态补偿标准进行了定量分析，并提出了运用经济手段解决库区经济发展和水环境生态保护之间的矛盾的有效对策。

| Abstract: | The ecological situation and the subject and object's interest relationship in ecological compensation of Hefei Dafangying reservoir water resource were synthetically analyzed.The quantitative research was carried out on ecological compensation standard.The effective countermeasures for solving the contradiction between economic development and water environment ecological protection in reservoir area were put forward. |
