中国森林保险理论与实践研究评述

在对中文电子资源信息检索库森林保险研究文献专业检索基础上,通过对比分析、归纳演绎等研究方法,得出以下结论:①中国森林保险研究大致可以划分为3个阶段:以开展森林保险重要性及试点工作为主的森林保险起步阶段、以少量理论研究为主的森林保险研究缓慢发展阶段、以高水平博硕论文为主体的森林保险研究的快速发展阶段。②森林保险的主要研究观点:对森林保险的内涵特点的研究已基本趋向一致;对开展森林保险作用的认识逐渐被挖掘、深化;对我国森林保险发展现状与问题的研究普遍担忧;对发展森林保险的制约因素的研究观点各异,即一种观点认为影响森林保险的是制度等外在因素,另一种观点认为是思想意识等内在因素;对发展森林保险的对策研究见仁见智。

Review on the Research of Forest Insurance in China

On the basis of making a search for the correlative literatures about forest insurance,the following conclusions are given by analyzing and inducing:the research of forest insurance in China can be divided into three phases:commencement,slow development,and fast development;the research content involves the theoretic issues of definition,characteristics,nature,necessity of forest insurance,the practical issues of current situation,existing problems,influencing factors,and the countermeasures of forest insurance development.Some of the major viewpoints about forest insurance are the same,while the others are different.
