摘    要:通过设定不同pH、氮素形态、外源Ca2 浓度,观察玉米植株根系在水培营养液中的发育情况。结果表明:硝态氮(NO3--N)可促进玉米植株侧根的生长和生物量的积累,而铵态氮(NH4 -N)处理的植株根平均直径大于NO-3-N处理。NH4 -N的毒害可能是较高浓度的NH4 取代细胞膜上的Ca2 ,从而破坏细胞膜结构。增加外源Ca2 浓度,可在一定程度上缓解H 和NH4 对玉米根发育的抑制作用。

Abstract:This paper investigated the growth and development of maize roots treated with different pH levels,nitrogen forms(ammonium and nitrate) and Ca2 supply in nutrient solution.The results showed that with NO-3-N more lateral roots were observed and seedlings accumulated more biomass.The seedlings supplied NH 4-N as nitrogen nutrition had bigger average diameter of roots than that supplied NO-3-N.The reason of NH 4 toxity may be that NH 4 with high concentration replaced Ca2 in cell membrane,and furthermore the structure of cell membrane was damaged.Adding calcium into the nutrient solution reduced the negative effects of H and NH 4-N on the growth and development of maize roots.
