摘    要:以外来入侵植物小花山桃草为试验材料,研究了不同浓度(0、50、100mmol/L)NaCl胁迫对其超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、叶绿素、脯氨酸和丙二醛(MDA)含量等的影响,探讨了这些生理指标的变化与小花山桃草耐盐性的关系。结果表明:随盐胁迫浓度的升高以及胁迫时间的延长,小花山桃草的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、叶绿素含量都有先升后降趋势;丙二醛(MDA)含量则先下降后上升;脯氨酸含量无明显变化。由此可知,短期低盐胁迫对小花山桃草生长有一定的促进作用,而在长时间胁迫条件下当盐分积累到一定程度后,小花山桃草生长受阻。这在一定程度上揭示了外来入侵植物小花山桃草抗逆性强的生理机制。

Abstract:Different levels of NaCl stress affected the content of superoxide dismutase (SOD), chlorophyll, proline, and malondialdehyde (MDA) in Gaura parviflora. The results showed that the activity of SOD and chlorophyll content were raised at beginning and then decreased with the increasing of NaCl concentration, while MDA content had contrary trend. We inferred that Gaura parviflora growth might be stimulated under low salt stress for short time. However, salt accumulation for a long time was unfavorable for them. These results provided a physiological mechanism of Gaura parviflora growth under low salt stress.Kew words: Gaura parviflora; Salt stress;Physiological characteristics
