散生竹无性繁殖育苗技术

摘    要:通过5年来对云南主要散生竹(斑竹、水竹、灰金竹、桂竹)无性繁殖育苗技术的系统研究,总结出各竹种经济实用的育苗方法。试验结果表明:正确选择苗圃地及竹鞭,选用适当的植物生长调节剂处理竹鞭,适时育苗,采用塑料小拱棚覆盖苗床,两段式长鞭分株育苗,进行科学抚育管理,可使育苗成活率由传统育苗方法的10%~30%提高到80%~95%,竹苗质量明显改善。经推广应用,取得了良好的生态、经济和社会效益。现已培育竹苗3601万株,规模化造林68591hm2,节约投资9259万元,前期营造竹林已开始郁闭成林。

Abstract:Through 5 years' systematical research on vegetative propagation seedling techniques of the main scattered bamboo species in Yunnan including Phyllosatachys bambusoides f. tanakae, Ph.Heterocalada,Ph.nigra var. henonis and Ph.bambusoides, the economical and practical seedling methods of these bamboo species were worked out.The experimental results indicated that scientific seedling measures,including correctly selecting the nursery garden and bamboo rhizome,handling bamboo rhizome with proper plantgrowth regulator,raising seedling at proper time,covering nursery bed with plastic arch booth,seedling of suckers division,tending and managing in proper ways,could in crease the seedling survival rate from 100% to80?% and improve the seedling quality significantly.By popularizing these techniques,360 100 bamboo seedlings have been cultivated,and 68591hm2 scattered bamboo forest has been afforested.The bamboo forest afforested in early stage has closed.
