摘    要:以火炬树红色叶为试材,提取红色素进行稳定性研究,并根据其稳定性配制护色液分别对火炬树红色叶进行护色处理,可获得与新鲜叶片颜色相近的干燥红色叶。经过两年自然光照对比试验,筛选出最佳组合护色液配方及处理方法。试验表明:在酸性条件下,火炬树红色叶的红色素非常稳定,可以作为红色植物叶材干燥后不褪色的护色技术,应用于干燥花产业。

Abstract:The stability of extracted red pigment from the red leaves of torch tree (Rhus typhina) was studied, and different kinds of color protection solutions used to treat the red leaves were prepared in terms of the stability. The dried red leaves whose color is similar to the fresh leaves could be obtained by treating the red leaves with different color protection solutions. The optimal combination of color protection solutions and the treatment method were obtained by a natural illumination experiment conducted in two years. Result showed that the red pigment from the red leaves of torch tree is very stable under acidic condition. The color protection technology of preventing the dried red leaves from fading could be applied to dried-flower industry.
