家具制造企业信息集成平台构建技术研究

随着信息技术发展和信息系统门槛的不断降低,各类信息系统逐渐被家具制造企业所采用,但随之也带来信息孤岛、沉默数据和流程壁垒等瓶颈问题。为推动我国家具制造企业的两化融合及产业转型升级,深入分析了消除信息孤岛、激活沉默数据、整合流程壁垒等信息系统集成应用基本需求。在围绕企业信息门户、企业应用集成及面向服务架构等企业信息集成平台建设关键技术进行探讨的基础上,重点探索并从不同维度构建了家具制造企业信息集成平台的总体架构、技术架构及功能体系结构,希望通过家具制造企业信息集成平台建设,满足企业全价值链的信息化需求,实现企业整体业务的运营管理流程化、明晰化,以提升企业业务运行效率和提高企业竞争力。本研究将为家具制造企业通过信息集成平台建设实现提质增效和转型升级提供借鉴和参考。

Constructing technology of enterprise information integration platform for furniture manufacturing enterprise

With the development of the information technology and the lower barriers to entry of information systems, furniture manufacturing enterprises have developed increasingly kinds of information systems according to their business needs. While due to historical reasons, these information systems just considered enterprises’localized re quirements, resulting in the lack of overall planning of the whole enterprises’ informatization strategy,whose conse quences were embodied in emerging information isolated island,silent data,and processes barriers. So the demand to construct the enterprise information integration platform for furniture manufacturing enterprise is very important and very urgent. In order to promote the integration of information technology and industrialization and the industrial trans formation and upgrading in Chinese furniture manufacturing enterprises,the fundamental demands of achieving integra tion application of various information systems in aspects of elimination of the information isolated island,activation of silent data,and consolidation of processes barriers were analyzed in the paper. On the basis of the discussions the key technologies of enterprise information integration platform such as Enterprise Information Portal (EIP),Enterprise Ap plication Integration(EAI),and Service Oriented Architecture(SOA),the construction of furniture manufacturing en terprise information integration platform regarding different dimension levels in aspects of system architecture design, technical architecture design,and functional architecture design were explored with an aim to satisfy the information ization demands derived from the whole value chain and realize the process oriented and explicitation of operation management and the improvement of operation efficiency and enterprise competitiveness by the construction of furni ture manufacturing enterprise information integration platform. The solution proposed by the authors can not only a chieve business integration through the elimination of the information isolated island,activation of silent data,and con solidation of processes barriers, but also reduce business operation costs,which will provide references for the impro ving the quality and efficiency and the transformation and upgrading of furniture manufacturing enterprise by the con struction of information integration platform.
