水产品中盐分测定方法的研究

通过研究提出了日常工作中测定水产品中盐分的方法。采用直接滴定法和电位滴定法进行测定并与目前常用的方法进行了对比，详细介绍了研究中对方法进行验证的情况，重点对样品的处理进行了探讨和确定，便于方法使用时参考。方法的测定相对标准偏差达到2％以内，两方法间的测定偏差达到1％，测定准确度满足日常检测的要求，可方便地用于水产品中盐分的测定。

Study on determination method of salt content in fisheries product

The paper deals with two methods which are verified to determine the salt content in fisheries product in daily works. Methods of direct titration and potentiometric titration are used and compared with present methods. The two methods are verified and emphasis is put on discussion of sample procceding, which can be refered in practical use. Results show the relative standard deviation (RSD) of the two methods are within 2%, the errors between the two methods reach 1%, their accuracy meets the needs for daily works.
