近几十年,生物多样性已经减少和面临严重的威胁,保护生物多样性已成为全人类的共识。文章简述了植物遗传多样性的利用情况,详细介绍检测遗传多样性的方法,主要包括形态学标记、细胞学（染色体）标记、生理生化标记、分子标记等方法。迄今为止,任何一种检测遗传多样性的方法都存在各自优点和局限性,还找不到一种可以完全取代其他方法的技术。

The utilization and test methods of plant genetic diversity

In recent decades,biodiversity has been reduced and faced serious threat and the biodiversity conservation has been a common understanding.This paper has introduced the test methods of genetic diversity including methods in morphological markers,cytological markers,physiological & biochemical markers and molecule markers etc.Until now,any one of the genetic diversity test methods has its advantage and disadvantage.No one method can replace other one completely.
