高锰酸钾滴定法测定补钙制品中的钙含量

摘    要:[目的]为了准确测定补钙制品中的钙含量。[方法]建立了高锰酸钾容量滴定法测定补钙制品中钙含量的方法。[结果]该法是在含有EDTA的pH值为3.5 ̄4.5的氨性溶液中,先用草酸盐选择性地沉淀钙离子。沉淀物经过滤、洗涤后,用稀硫酸将所得草酸钙沉淀物溶解,然后在75 ̄85℃条件下用高锰酸钾标准溶液滴定。测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.30%(n=5),回收率(R)在96.30% ̄101.12%。[结论]用高锰酸钾滴定法测定补钙制品中的钙含量,简单、快捷,准确、干扰小。

Abstract:[Objective] The study aimed to determine the calcium content in calcium supplementation products exactly.[Method] The method of determining the calcium content in calcium supplementation products by potassium permanganate titrimetric method was established.[Result] By the method,the calcium ion was deposited by oxalate in selectivity in ammonia solution(pH 3.5~4.5) with EDTA.After the sediment was filtrated and washed,the calcium oxalate sediment was dissolved by diluted sulfuric acid,then titrated by potassium permanganate standard solution at 75~85 ℃.The relative standard deviation of determination result was 0.30 %(n=5),with the recovery rate of 96.30 %~101.12 %.[Conclusion] The method of determining the calcium content in calcium supplementation products by potassium permanganate titrimetric method was simple,rapid,exact and small in disturbances.
