摘    要:选用4种扩增多态性良好的RAPD引物,对45只南江黄羊基因组DNA进行PCR扩增,对多态标记结果应用SPSS统计之星软件进行统计分析。结果表明:南江黄羊基因组多态频率为84%。RAPD多态标记条带与体重紧密连锁的标记有CY0816引物扩增的ABCF片段和F09引物扩增的ABDF片段,这两种标记组合对体重的贡献率分别为32.6%和28.9%;与体长(A1)、胸围(A3)和胸深(A5)紧密连锁的标记有CY0816引物扩增的ABF片段和F09引物扩增的ABEF片段,其贡献率均在24.2%~28.9%之间。

Abstract:The Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA (RAPD) of 45 Nanjiang Yellow Goat was studied by PCR using 4 arbitrary primers. The SPSS Statistics Star Software was used to analyze the relationship between RAPD markers and body weight and body size. The results indicted that the polymorphic frequency of genome of Nanjiang Yellow Goat was 53.49%. The polymorphic markers ABCF of primer CY0816 and ABDF of primer F09 have significant effects on body weight . The contribution ratios of these combinations of markers were 32.6% and 28.9% respectively; The polymorphic markers ABF of primer CY0816 and ABEF of primer F09 have significant effects on body size (body length, chest measurement, chest depth), The contribution ratios were all among of 24.2%~28.9%.
