| 摘 要： | 大学反竞争情报是阻止或妨碍竞争对手获得本大学情报的信息研究，其功能主要有：监视自身释放的信息、分析对手的竞争情报活动、控制敏感信息外泄，大学应从加强对核心信息的管理、加强对教职员工的管理、加强对核心信息的法律防范、加强对竞争对手的跟踪与调查等方面来开展反竞争情报工作。

| Abstract: | Defensive competitive intelligence in universities is the study that preventing the competitive opponents from getting the own information. The main functions are keeping an eye on own information, analyzing the information activities of oppo- nents and controlling the leaking of sensitive information. The universities should develop defensive competitive intelligence based on the management of main information, the management of the whole stuff, the law defending of main information and the investigation of competitive opponents, etc. |
