山东番茄细菌性疮痂病研究：病原鉴定及品种抗病性测定

１９９３－１９９５年从本省济南、泰安、新泰、青岛等１３县（市）调查采集的番茄茄疮病病叶和病果上分离得到６０个细菌菌株，经致病性测定、均能产生典型的疮痂病症状，各菌株间致病力有一定差异。结果表明，该病菌为油菜黄单胞杆菌疱斑致病变种：Ｘａｎｔｈｏｍｏｎａｓｃａｍｐｅｒｓｔｒｉｓｐｖ．ｖｅｓｉｃａｔｏｒｉａ（Ｄｏｉｄｇｅ１９２０）Ｄｙｅ１９７８。从本省收集２５个品种（系），进行抗病性测定，没有一个免疫的

STUDIES ON BACTERIAL SCAB OF TOMATO IN SHANDONG PROVINCE

Sixty bacterial strains were isolated from diseased tomato leaves and fruits showing the symptoms of scab in of cities(or counties)Jinan,Xintai,Qingdao,Yantai,Zibo,Linyi,Tengzhou and Heze,Shandong Province during 1993-1995.All strains could produce characteristic symptoms of scab on tomato,while variances in pathogenicity.These isolates were identified basing on morphology,culture properties,physiological-biochemical reaction,serology reaction and host range.The results proves that the pathogen causing tomato scab in Shandong is Xanthomonas camperstris pv .vesicatoria (Doidge)Dye 1978. Twenty-five varieties(line)were tested for disease resistance.None of them was immune,but the resistances varied among them.Maofen 802 was more resistant to scab,the next one is Xifen No.3,Zhongshu No.4 was highly susceptible to scab.
