芽孢杆菌对肠道菌群结构影响的研究进展

摘    要:芽孢杆菌是肠道中正常菌群的重要组成成分,其主要为纳豆芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、苏云金芽孢杆菌等。芽孢杆菌通过对肠道的黏附和对致病菌的拮抗,维持肠道菌群平衡,保护肠道健康。从芽孢杆菌调节肠道菌群的方式和肠道菌群研究方法来系统地阐述芽孢杆菌对肠道菌群结构的影响。

Abstract:Bacillus is a vital component of the normal micro-flora in intestinal tract, mainly including Bacillus natto, Bacillus licheniformis, Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus thuringiensis, etc. The Bacillus sustains the intestinal micro-flora balance and protects the intestinal health by intestinal adhesion and pathogenic bacteria antagonism. The regulatory ways and study methods of intestinal flora were systematically illustrated in this review.
