| Abstract: | With the population growth of Tarim River valley,the expansion of investment,the strengthen of water resources development and utilization,there was obvious degradation of ecological environment.The allocation of water resources was discussed from the aspect of water right system,which could serve the economy and society in south Xinjiang better. |
