| 摘 要： | 目的]研究贵州道地药材黄精的适宜采收期。方法]以贵州遵义凤冈西山黄精GAP试验示范基地小区内黄精根茎为材料制成黄精生药和炮制品，测定其中黄精多糖含量。结果]结果表明：遵义地区黄精最佳采收期应该在12月到翌年1月，以种子繁殖的4年生黄精为最佳采收年限，其黄精多糖含量最高达到39．54％，折干率为36．64％。结论]该研究确定了贵州产黄精的适宜采收期，可为贵州黄精GAP基地药源的安全、稳定和可控提供可靠依据。
