| 摘 要： | 涂蜡能降低脐橙果实的呼吸强度,减少蒸腾失水,保持较高的过氧化氢酶活性和较低的果皮透性,延缓果实的成熟衰老进程,并能保持果实贮藏的品质和减少腐烂损失。

| Abstract: | Post-harvest application of wax to navel orange(Citrus sinensis)fruit reduced the rate of respiration and transpiration,retained relatively high activity of catalase and low permeability of the peel and delayed the maturity and senescence of the fruit,thus retaining good quality of the fruit and lowering the percentage of fruit decay in storage. |
