| 摘 要： | 分析了实验室使用气相色谱法测定40%毒死蜱乳油有效成分含量试验中各种不确定度分量的来源,并加以评定。通过分析发现试验操作者的技能和熟练程度对最终结果的不确定度有着相当大的影响;另外对于2mL以下的移液管可不考虑温度影响。本文最终结果可在同样测试条件下直接使用。

| Abstract: | The determination of chlorpyrifos 40% EC were carried out by GC in the laboratory,and the sources of uncertainty were analyzed and evaluated in this paper. The results showed that the operating skill was the most important one to influence the uncertainty,the temperature was not needed to put in consideration when the pipette used was smaller than 2mL. |
