刚竹属3个竹种的开花生物学特性

摘    要:通过对刚竹属3个竹种粉绿竹、黄条早竹、黄槽石绿竹的开花生物学特性及其花粉活力观察及比较,结果表明:在扫描电镜下各竹种间花粉形态比较一致,为球形或近球形,单极孔;外壁纹饰为细颗粒状.花粉活力的测定说明存在不同类型的花粉败育现象.竹子花粉的萌发试验说明竹花粉萌发率普遍较低,最高萌发率为58.7%,最低为21.7%.这些结果也为研究各竹种的不结实和实行人工授粉等研究提供基本的参考依据.

Abstract:The biological characteristics and pollen viability of 3 Phyllostachys species were observed in this study.The results showed that the pollen shapes of 3 Phyllostachys species were nearly spherical or sphere-like with monopolar hole by scanning electron microscope.The pollen's ornamentation is of fine granular.The different types of pollen abortion were observed among 3 Phyllostachys species by the examination of pollen viability.The germination rate of pollen of 3 Phyllostachys species was generally lower,ranged from the lowest of 21.7% to the highest of 58.7% in this study.All of these results could be provided the basic references for studying the burliness rate and controlled pollination of bamboos.
