| Abstract: | Along with the development of higher education institutions merging trend,the problems of me personnel system oi the newly merged and up-graded university library. In order to promote the sustainable and rapid development of such libraries, this paper has suggested that the newly merged and up-graded university libraries should set up a perfect system of personnel management to promote university library development. |
