石斛兰品种遗传变异的RAPD检测

摘    要:目的]利用RAPD技术检测石斛兰品种的遗传变异性。方法]以4个母本园石斛兰品种和1个试管苗品种为材料,经DNA提取后,采用10 bp随机引物进行RAPD检测其遗传变异性。结果]绿意(Den.Burana Green)和粉红钻石(Den.Pink Thamond)2个母本园品种未发现变异,熊猫(Den.BigPanda)和泰国白(Den.Thailand White)2个母本园品种变异率分别为3.3%和23.3%;红索尼娅(Den.Red Sonia)试管苗变异率为10.9%。结论]建立了石斛兰品种遗传变异的RAPD检测技术。
